Records created or changed since a time or cursor, across every resource this client can read

Parameters

Name	In	Type	Notes
`since`	query	string	Start time, ISO 8601 with a time zone (e.g. 2026-10-01T00:00:00Z); records changed at or after it. Use for the first call only.
`cursor`	query	string	nextCursor from the previous response; returns only changes after it. Send this or since, not both.
`resources`	query	string	Comma-separated module.resource names to include, e.g. procurement.purchase_orders,sales.invoices. Default: every resource the client can read.
`limit`	query	integer (int32)	Changes per page, 1–500 (default 100).
