Products/Styles page is used to create products in the system.
One can enter product details like sizes, prices, product type etc through this link.
Product/Style related images can be attached through this link.
Package Configuration
Boxes or Combos can be created/configured through this link. Box/Combo price and details can be updated from this link. Box/Combo related images can be attached through this link.
Style Upload
Users can upload bulk products through this link.
Users have to fill excel template and upload excel to create products in bulk.
Publish
Products Publish
Users can publish boxes to distributors/retailers on whatsapp along with images.
Multiple boxes can be selected and can be sent to multiple people at a time.
Package Publish
Users can publish boxes to distributors/retailers WhatsApp along with images.

Retailer to Style Publish
Users can publish products to Retailer Logins along with images.
Logins can be provided to retailers who can wishlit or make order directly from their logins.
Target Setup

Users can assign Quarterly Targets for Each Area and territories under specific area.
Distributor-Area
Users can assign Quarterly Targets for Each Dsitributor and territories under specific area.
Orders & Returns
Orders
This link can be used for creating Orders.
Distributors can create self orders from their logins.
Distributors can created Orders on behalf if retailers under them.
Orders Packing
Once Order is confirmed, Order will be moved to this link for packing department.
Order packing can be done in partial or complete ways.
User can generate packing slips and invoices for partial packing or complete packing.
Order Invoice
In order invoice we can see the list of orders.
We can download the Invoice and packaging list from each order.
Order Approval
Once we set the credit limit in the Distributor master than order approval is necessary.
Approval is required only when the order value is more than the credit limit which we set in the masters.
Distributor GRN
User can receive the shipped quantities for the particular orders.
User can’t enter the quantity more than the shipped quantity at the time of Distributor GRN.
Pick List
Pick List helps users to generate Aisle and Bin values for any order.
System Generates Pick List up on order confirmation based on what styles present in the Order and what Aisle and Bin values are stored in system.
Returns
User can use this option to for the Goods return.
Than we have to select the reason for return and add the remarks (if any).
User can enter the return quantity in the Quantity column and click on the return button.
The user can create the return reason from the masters.
Payments
Distributor Payments
User can enter the payment received from the distributor bills.
Need to enter the bill date and the bill number.
User can reveive the payment multiple times.
Distributor Payments List
User can check the received payment list of distributor.
This list includes all the bills for the particular distributor
Retailer Payments
User can enter the payment received from the retailer bills.
Need to enter the bill date and the bill number.
User can reveived the payment multiple times.
Retailer Payments List
User can check the received payment list of retailer.
This list includes all the bills for the particular retailer.
Inventory
Style Inventory
User can check the inventory of all the styles of all locations.
Style inventory shows the total available quantity and the hold quantity which is not shipped yet.
Style Location Wise Inventory
User can check the quantity of a style at different locations.
Including available quantity, hold quantity and the size of style.
Distributor Inventory
User can check the inventory distributor wise that how much inventory they got from the distributor, size, location, color.
Location Wise Add/Edit Inventory
User can edit the inventory at a particular location for the particular style.
User add the inventory as well as subtract the inventory of a particular style
Style Inventory Upload
The user upload the existing style inventory by the help of a Style Inventory upload file.
Aisle/Bin Wise Inventory
Users can assign Aisle and Bin values to the stock through this link.
Users can mention where exactly the stock is lying in warehouse.
Offers
Discounts and Offers
User can make the discounts and offers for the particular styles.
The user can make a fix discount percentage for the styles at different territory.
The discount offer includes start and end date of the offer.
Style-Offer Mapping
This link is used for mapping the discounts and offers to particular style only.
The user need to fill the details in a format and upload into the CRM.
Masters
Location
User can create new location for company, Retailers, Distributor.
Season Group
User can use this option fro creating new season group which is used at the time of style creation.
Scale
The user can link the seasons with the size.User can add or subract the size from the season in a scale master.
Agent
Agent is the person who helps in sale of the product.
For creating new Agent we have to use this option.
Sub Agent
The Sub Agent is the subordinate of the Agent.
For creating new Sub Agent we have to use this option.
Return
The return link is used to create a new reason of return. Reflect on the return screen.
Role
This option is used to create new role for the user login.
The user can change the status from active to inactive.
Company
User can create a new company from this link in the masters.
We can also add the company logo.
Category
User can create a new style category under this link in the masters.
Editing existing category is also possible.
Territory
The user can create a territory from this link.
The user can add multiple pincodes with the territory.
Area
We can create a new area from this link.
User can create a area under which the territory exists.
TSI
TSI means the Territory sales incharge.
User can create a new TSI from the link in the masters.
The user also assigned a territory to TSI.
ASM
ASM means the area sales manager.
The user can create a new ASM from this link.
User can assigned the area to ASM.
Distributor
This link is used to create a new Distributor.
The user can modify the information of existing Distributor.
Retailer
This link is used to create a new Retailer.
The user can modify the information of existing Retailer.
Vendor
The vendor option is used for creating a new vendor or modifying the existing vendor.
For the data publishing we have to enter the whatsapp number.
Payment Reminder Configuration
The user can use this option for the configuration of payment remainder. User enter the number of days for the payment remainder.

By entering email and password the user do login to the HEXA CRM.
Role Management
The user can select the roles of all the users of HEXA CRM. There is a option of select the different roles for each user.
Trading
Purchase Order
The user can use this option for the trading purpose.
The user can create a PO for the styles which he want to buy for the trading purpose.
Goods Receipt Note(GRN)
The user can do goods inward by making GRN.
The user add the quanty partily as well as fully but not more than PO quantity.
